About ExtraFax License

An ExtraFax Product License Key is an unique string generated from the Public Key of the Lotus Notes/Domino Server upon which the ExtraFax server runs. The license key is stored in the Server Configuration document. This product key is server-specific and identifies the type of client and server licenses applicable to that installation.

Request for a license key

Extracomm issues 30 days temporarily license key for customers who would like to evaluate our product and with permanent keys issued upon product purchase.

To obtain a license key from Extracomm, email the request to Sales@extracomm.com stating the desired license type (Enterprise, Standard, Router, Lite or UltraLite) with a safe copy of Notes IDs of the ExtraFax server(s) attached.

Apply a license key

To apply a license key, simply enter the License Key string to the corresponding field in Server Configuration document, no license key installation is required.

Upgrade ExtraFax Server

To upgrade the ExtraFax Server license type or version, please contact Sales@Extracomm.com to determine the cost and procedure.

Move ExtraFax Server to another Domino Server/Notes Workstation

ExtraFax license key is binded to the Domino Server/Workstation upon which the license key is generated. Running ExtraFax on another Server requires a new license key. Please contact Sales@Extracomm.com for obtaining a new license key.
